I.Introduction

The calender is the main equipment in the electrode pressing production line. It is composed of cast steel gantry, rolls, variable frequency motor reducer, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate and roll surface cleaning mechanism.

The main function is press electrode to reach the appropriate density by the roller, and meet the thickness requirements according to the electrode.

2. Unwinding

Unwinding shaft : inflation shaft with control valve, equipped with inflation gun

3. Trimming

Function : used to cut off the uncoated foil on both sides of the electrode, reduce the fold of the electrode caused by the inconsistent ductility during rolling, and reduce the scrap rate caused by the broken electrode belt

Principle : the upper cutting blade is manually fed and supported, and the left and right cutting blades are controlled separately.

Drive : frequency conversion motor drives the lower cutter shaft to be consistent with the rolling speed

4. Rewinding

Function : winding the rolled electrode material on the mandrel

Winding shaft : with control valve, inflation shaft with inflation gun

Specification : ∮3 inches * 350mm

Electrode tension control : magnetic brake

Guide control : linear bearing guide

Drive : the winding shaft through the motor reducer and magnetic clutch
