The 18650 battery eleven-speed one-measurement sorting machine is suitable for the voltage and internal resistance sorting test of the 18650 battery core which is divided by the battery core factory. The electrical control part of the sorting system adopts modular design, with high integration, good general purpose and convenient maintenance. The actuator adopts stepper motor control with high precision and good reliability. The number of receiving slots of the equipment is 11 slots, and the voltage and internal resistance can be set arbitrarily. The sorting efficiency is high, and the battery can be accurately sent to the specified gear according to the set internal resistance and voltage value. The equipment adopts the silo type loading, the cylinder automatically divides the material, and the personnel manually collects the material. Realize the automation of 18650 cell sorting.
